1. Download Coppersmith's (pet packet).
  2. Print and fill out all forms included.
  3. Scan completed forms to your local computer.
  4. Choose whether you wish to receive the encrypted file via an email or as a direct download to your computer.
  5. Upload the Power of Attorney & other personal identification documents below for encryption purposes. (JPG, PNG & PDF files under 4MB only)

  6. The encrypted document has been emailed to you. Please allow several minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If there are any issues receiving your email, try using the Download option instead.
  7. Repeat process for each document/image in need of encryption.
  8. Email the encrypted personal files and the rest of the non-sensitive documents in the pet packet to the appropriate party. Please do not send unencrypted Power of Attorney or ID documents for your own safety.
Uploaded files are encrypted and locked by a password only Coppersmith knows.
